- PRIMERO. NEGAR el recurso de súplica presentado en contra del auto de 2 de octubre de 2023, dictado por la magistrada Paola Andrea Meneses Mosquera, por medio del cual rechazó de demanda con número de radicado D-15.455.
- SEGUNDO. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General, COMUNÍQUESE el contenido de esta decisión a los demandantes, advirtiéndole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Una vez quede ejecutoriado el presente auto, ARCHÍVESE el expediente.
